This policy explains how PDF Mini Tools handles information when you use the website and purchase Batch Pro.

PDF processing

The standard merge, split, rotate, compress and PDF-to-image tools are designed to process PDF contents in the user's browser. The application does not intentionally transmit those PDF contents to our server for the standard workflow.

Payments

If you purchase Batch Pro, payment checkout is handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle may process payment, billing and device information under its own privacy policy. Our server verifies the completed Paddle transaction before unlocking Batch Pro.

Batch Pro access

After a successful payment, this MVP stores an expiration timestamp in local browser storage so the device can remember that Batch Pro is unlocked for the configured access period.

Advertising and analytics

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses or other identifiers to provide, measure and personalize advertising as permitted by applicable law and your consent configuration. Add a compliant consent platform where required.

Server logs

Hosting providers may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamps for security, reliability and diagnostics.
