Batch Pro is a one-time digital access pass. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Refund requests

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, Batch Pro was not made available after a successful payment, or the purchased service was materially not as described, contact us at support@YOURDOMAIN.com or use Paddle buyer support.

Digital access

Where permitted by law, refund or withdrawal rights may change once digital access has been made available or used. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and banking network.
